What makes Lord and Grey Bridal different from other shops?
We want to say how much we really value our fellow bridal shops and boutiques. Teamwork is important in life and we love all the shops who love their brides! So, anyone who is truly Team Bride is alright by us!
That said, Lord & Grey Bridal does offer a high-end, personalized shopping experience for the bride on a smaller budget. We understand that planning a wedding is such a special time in a bride's life and we want to celebrate that! Attention to detail, bringing your inspiration to life, and working one-on-one with you to create your perfect veil are just a few of the ways we stand out from the crowd.
How are you able to provide high quality veils for the budget buyer?
We make the veils in our own studio. There's no middleman or designer-manufacturer-retailer structure in our shop. We feel fortunate to pass the amazing savings on to you and keep prices affordable while providing beautiful veils.
Can you help me? I have no idea where to begin in choosing my veil!
Of course we will! We understand that shopping for a wedding veil can be overwhelming. Send us your inspo pictures, proposal story, dress pictures, what you LOVED about your friend's wedding... there's a perfect style in there somewhere and we'll help you find it!
Can I make an appointment to visit the Lord & Grey Bridal studio and try on veils?
We do not have a public studio space and we do not carry an inventory because our veils are custom-made to order. If you have questions about fit and length, we recommend you reach out to us so we can help you.
I don't wear silver jewelry. Can you make the comb on my veil a different color?
We would be happy to change that for you! Silver is our standard color comb that we hand stitch onto each veil. You're always welcome to upgrade to a gold or rose gold comb.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to be happy with your veil, and that's why we work with you throughout the veil-making process to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. Due to the one time use nature of our business, we have a no refund policy in place that is strictly adhered to.
Can you make me a custom veil?
We thrive on creativity and love to make custom veils! Send us a picture of what you love or tell us what's on your mind. We'll always be honest and upfront if your design would be best created elsewhere. And we have a great relationship with some veil shops who do beautiful work, so we'll be able to help you in any case.
